Stop giving a f*ck

You need to detach yourself from the opinions of others…

In simple terms, STOP CARING WHAT PEOPLE THINK.

Yesterday, I emailed you about having confidence, and it goes hand in hand with this ideology.

When you have complete confidence in your own ability, whether that's trading, playing football, lifting heavy weights, etc…

You subconsciously stop giving a rip about what other people think because you truly believe in yourself and your ability.

I experienced this firsthand within my own trading…

When I was a beginner, all I could think about was proving to everyone else that I could really do it and find success in trading.

I spent my days thinking about the glory of financial freedom and having the ability to tell everyone that it all came from trading…

So what happened? I DID NOT FIND SUCCESS WITH THAT MINDSET!

Actually, I dug myself into a hole…

Now, how can you actually stop caring… It all comes from repetition.

You see, the more reps you get, the more you will build the confidence to stop caring.

I'm not saying you should be sitting on the charts grinding for 12 hours a day… But you should be showing up everyday consistently ready to learn and grow.

Waking up every day in this state of mind gives you an unmatched amount of peace because all you care about is bettering your own ability.

So what I want you to do right now is think… Are you doing it for yourself? Or for everyone else?

Truly think about the purpose of trading… Obviously, everyone wants the financial and time freedom that comes along with it.

But when you finally achieve these things, think about if they were actually for you…

…Or for everyone watching.
