” – and it’s completely changed how I approach trading.

Let me paint you a picture…

I was recently watching a stock break out of a beautiful consolidation pattern.

The momentum was strong, volume was picking up, and everything looked perfect.

But instead of chasing the move, I did something that might seem counterintuitive…

I waited.

I was looking for the Trigger Level - the price point where a breakout stock is likely to return for a retest.

Think of it as a springboard the price bounces off before continuing higher. 

By waiting for the price to come back to this level, you can avoid chasing and get in with lower risk.

This was one of the paradigm shifts I went through 4 years ago when I turned consistently profitable and started generating a full-time income from trading.

And next time you want to be in on that perfect trade…

1. Identify the Trigger Level:

When a stock breaks out, note the level it broke out from – this often serves as a future support level.

2. Set an Alert:

Set up an alert for when the price returns to this level, which will help you stay disciplined and avoid emotional decisions.

3. Watch for a Retest:

If the price returns and holds at the Trigger Level, consider entering with a stop-loss just below this level for better risk management.
